Handling and shipping only work on business days – orders are not prepared, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.

Exceptionally there may be situations where a product is not available after the order was made. In this case you will be notified by email or phone to exchange or cancel the order.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. This procedure will be assured and managed by our delivery services partner.

The Markies cannot respond for any delay of delivery services caused by unexpected issues not controlled by us. Same for orders returned for incorrect address or unknown recipients where the Markies will not be responsible for order resending costs. Unfortunately, The Markies does not ship to PO boxes at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The Markies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. In case of any of these incidents, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods during this process.
