We hope you are fully satisfied with The Markies! But if for some reason you are not happy, we will be glad to accept product exchange or return up to 14 days after the purchase date. As long as it stays intact and none of its components has been used or damaged.
The refund will be made through the same original payment method only after the merchandise has been received and verified. Your refund should be credited in your bank account, within 8-14 business days after having received the items. The promptness of the refund depends on the issuing bank, and is outside our control. For more information, please contact your bank.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from refundable amount. If you prefer, feel free to send us the return package at your expenses (see HOW TO PROCEED below).
The Markies has the right to reject the return/exchange if it appears that the products have been damaged, deteriorated, or used beyond the strictly necessary to verify the nature and quality of the product. In this case, The Markies will contact you also reserving the right to obtain a compensation for any damages and cost due.
WRONG ORDER OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS
You are entitled to return or exchange products that are defective or not in conformity with your order when you received them. You can do so within 15 days after you receive them. We will fully examine the return product and will notify of your right to a refund (if any) or exchange at no costs. In general, the refund will be processed within 8-14 business days. Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method.
1ST STEP: SEND US AN EMAIL
To start the process you have to send us an email to email@example.com with your intention, motive and order number.
You will receive instructions and a return label to print twice (if you return the product with our carrier).
2ND STEP: PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE FOR RETURN
You should use the original delivery envelope since it is not damaged – otherwise you have to get an equivalent envelope or box. Close the envelope with all the order products and a copy of the return label inside (the other copy goes to delivery services).
In case of Mbox return, be sure to use the box protection otherwise it will be damaged and the refund won’t be accepted.
3RD STEP: GIVE BACK THE ARTICLE
On day and time agreed, the logistics provider will collect your package and the return label.
If you prefer, you can send us the return package directly at your expenses, inclosing a copy of the order invoice, to following address (you have to warn us if you are undertaking this procedure):

4TH STEP: RECEIVE YOUR EXCHANGED PRODUCT OR REFUND
After fully examine the product we will notify you of your right to a refund (if any) or exchange. The refund will be issued based on the original form of payment.
